Welcome to the MRES Enrichment Activities page!
MRES PTA Enrichment offerings
are open for registration!
All registrations and payments are to be submitted online. Links to register will be made available from this website during the open enrollment period which will begin mid September .
Absentee and Refund Policies
We are not able to provide partial refunds for classes missed. If your child will be absent, as a courtesy please let the enrichment teacher know ahead of time so the teacher is not concerned. Processing fees cannot be refunded once your online payment has been completed. If you wish to drop a class for which you have registered, please provide written notice to the enrichment coordinator at email@example.com at least one week in advance of the class starting. Once classes have begun, refunds may not be possible and the PTA will review requests for reimbursement on a case-by-case basis.
The PTA has partial scholarships available. Please provide any requests for financial assistance to Heather Hazard at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to completing registration for the course. Also, if you would like to contribute to the MRES Scholarship Fund, please contact Heather Hazard. The PTA greatly appreciates any donations toward scholarships.
The PTA is run by volunteers, and cannot function without the continued support of parents. Support comes in two forms: financial support and volunteering. In recognition of the volunteer services provided to the PTA, limited discounts can be offered to select enrichment programs. To find out if the program you are interested in provides a volunteer discount, please email email@example.com.
Parents are required to submit all requested student information at the time of registration via online registration forms. This is needed to ensure the safe participation of your child by providing information such as allergies, special needs, emergency contacts, and the approved adults who can pick him/her up from class. Selected vendors may also require parental signatures for other waiver forms.
Student Arrival and Dismissal
It is the Marshall Road PTA policy that an authorized adult will bring or pick up students from PTA-sponsored enrichment activities. This means that an adult will drop students off for any morning programs and that an authorized adult will sign the student out from afternoon classes.
