The PTA is pleased to offer the following 2018 Summer Camps
to be held at Marshall Road Elementary School
These camps are available for registration on a first-come basis with priority to current MRES students and their school-aged siblings (even if the siblings are enrolled elsewhere). Students who are not affiliated with MRES in any way may register for these camps only if open spots remain at the end of the registration period. Camps may fill prior to registration deadline. PTA scholarships are not available for our full-week camp programs.
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
Session I – June 25-29, 2018 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm daily for rising 4th-7th graders
Session II – July 9-13, 2018 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm daily for rising 1st-3rd graders
Registration Fee – $240 per session; includes instruction, all art materials, and camp t-shirt
This is a FUN art camp providing a great opportunity for creative exploration. Students will experience exciting projects using varied art media that go beyond the standard art curriculum. Students will get to create art based on their own interests through sculpture, printing, printmaking, and more! Family and friends are invited to an Art Gallery Show to view student artwork at 2:00 pm on the last day of each camp session.
Breaks will be provided daily for lunch and games. Students must bring their own lunch and snack every day. Each student receives an art camp t-shirt.
Art Camp is directed by Ms. Kinsey, with assistance from Mr. Clement.

Session – July 16-20, 2018 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm daily for rising 1st-6th graders
Registration Fee – $110; includes instruction, pizza lunch on last day, and camp t-shirt
This is a FUN sports camp, not a skills camp. Students will play many different sports and games each day, making it a great way to introduce your child to new sports and activities. Boys and girls will be grouped with children their age, and all campers will have a great week of fun with both indoor and outdoor sports!
Students must bring their own lunch and snacks Monday through Thursday; a pizza lunch will be provided on Friday. Each student receives a sports camp t-shirt.
Sports Camp is directed by Mr. Clancy, with assistance from Mr. Robeson.
